1835 Erected By PETER MacKENZIE shipmaster Dundee and AGNES MALCOM his spouse Sacred to the memory of JAMES CABLES his stepfather who died the 18th of January 1828 aged 63 years also their son JAMES CABLES MacKENZIE who died the 27th January 1834 aged 6 weeks and of his twin brother THOMAS MALCOM MacKENZIE who died the 9th March 1834 aged 11 weeks, likewise MARY AGNES KEIR MacKENZIE their daughter who died the 3rd of June 1834 aged 5 years and 6 weeks ALISON EDWARDS died 9th January 1841 aged 59 years, spouse of the above JAMES CABLES.
