1810 In memory of the family of TRAILL an ancient race of burghers of Dundee, this stone has been erected by JAMES OGILVY merchant their lineal decendant 1st January 1810 The above mentioned JAMES OGILVY died at Dundee on the 9th day of may 1831 aged 78 years and was interred here Claimant: James Ogilvie, merchant Dundee Source:Register of Tombs and Monuments in Dundee Burial Ground, 1832
