1817 Erected By JAMES HOW and MATILDA DRYDEN his wife in memory of their fathers DAVID HOW and DAVID DRYDEN who with eleven children eight sons and three daughters are here interred also their son DAVID who died 31st March 1824 |
Inscribed by WILLIAM HOW in memory of his father JAMES HOW who died 7th Oct'r 1834 and MATILDA DRYDEN his mother who died 24th Feb'y 1841 and JOHN HOW his brother who died 14th May 1862 and is interred in the western cemetary
