1827 Erected By JAMES KIDD H.M. Customs, Dundee and AGNES BRUCE his spouse in memory of their son JAMES who died 18th May 1827 Aged 5 years and 5 months also in memory of MARGARET KEAY his mother in law who died 28th February 1837 aged 80 years likewise their son ROBERT BRUCE KIDD who died 19th April 1838 aged 20 years also in memory of the said AGNES BRUCE affectionate spouse of JAMES KIDD who departed this life on the 16th Sept 1849 aged 59 years also in memory of their son JOHN who departed this life on the 5th of April 1854 aged 39 years the above said JAMES KIDD died on the 18th of January 1858 aged 73 years
