1819 Erected by James Soot, Merchant, Dundee and Margaret Vannet his spouse, in memory of this son Edward, who died 24th November 1818, aged 4 months. Also lies here the above mentioned Margaret Vannet, who died 3rd November 1823, aged 42 years.
