Erected By JOHN NICOL Wright Dundee In memory of his Father ROBERT NICOL who died 16th July 1816 aged 66 years his mother MARGARET SPALDING who died 16th June 1829 aged 79 years ??? sunk His deceased brothers and sister. Inscribed by Isabella Roger in memory of her husband the above John Nicol, who died 28th April 1860 aged 63 years. The above Isabella Roger died 31st January 1867 aged 63 years, and is interred in the Western Cemetery.
