Erected by MARGARET LEIGHTON in memory of her husband GEORGE SMITH Feuar Coldside Dundee who died 2nd Decr 1856 aged 75 years also their daughter MARY ANN who died 5th Feby 1840 aged 4 1/2 years and their son JOHN SMITH surgeon in Dundee who died 12th Octr 1858 aged 28 years also their son GEORGE SMITH who died 17th May 1865 aged 33 years
