Erected By James Michell Gardner Broughty Ferry and his wife Jane Low in Memory of their children Mary Douglas who died 14th October 1865 in the 27th year of her age also Jane Mitchell who died 28th February 1866 in the 24th year of her age Also James, Matilda, Elizabeth and William who died in infancy The above James Mitchell died 7th Decr 1874 aged 63 years Andrew Mitchell died 29th June 1877 aged 33 years The above Jane Low died 22nd November 1880 aged 76 years
