1825 Erected By HELLEN MAIR in memory of her husband DAVID ARCHER late Malt-man in Dundee who died 5th June 1825 aged 45 years also the above HELEN MAIR died 17th April 1836 aged 49 years Inscribed by DAVID ARCHER son of the above to the memory of his wife MILNE PETRIE who died 29th July 1854 aged 26 years also his son DAVID MILNE who died 21st November 1852 aged 1 year and 10 months
