Erected By JOHN PAGAN Manuf of hosiery Dundee in memory of GEORGE IRVING his assistant 3d son of JOHN IRVING land steward Closeburn Hall Dumfrieshire who died on the 18th Octr 1836 aged 16 years Sacred to the memory of Isobel Grewer wife of Charles Symons, who died 8th of March 1834 aged 70 years.
